But did not our "Forfathers"address this in the Constitution & Bill Of Rights.

I know they still allowed "Slavery" in the South but they had too at that time get the Souths support so they called a black person 1/3rd a human being then about 80/90 years later the "Civil War" broke out and after that we had Antibellum & Segragation another 75 years or so

And the Constitution & BoR is exactly what led us to our current situation today. @FOS  even wrote about the fatal flaws of this many times.

The Constitution was designed to limit federal power. The problem is that it did NOTHING to limit / address the accumulation of power into PRIVATE hands. Our entire system is run like a mafia, except mafias in countries like Italy are WELL AWARE of their duties / purposes. 

Here, we pretend because there's a Chase bank, McDonalds, and Walmart on every street corner, it's freeDUMB. We pretend that because we have one of the highest GDP/capita in the word, it's freeDUMB (when most of that "GDP" is just money / asset / liquidity shuffling).
