I would have to agree with you that the suppression of manifestos is based on which political  agenda is in power ....at the time .
We saw this with the Trans mass shooters multiple times over the last few years ...
When the authorities were reluctant to say the mass shooters were trans....

If there is a *manifesto*....then  that increases the odds of it being a FALSE FLAG SHOOTING by a considerable amount.
If there was a manifesto AND the shooter ends up dead..then the odds go up even higher.

If there is NO MANIFESTO...then the odds of it being a  False Flag Shooting are next to none.

Let's retrace our steps and identify when *manifestos* became a trend...?
