The "idea" of Spanish Only education for the children of hispanic immigrants which the dems in Cali floated as an initiative back in 2000 was to "help" the kids, by teaching them in their mother tongue. That was the "idea."
Had the initiative PASSED, the actual effect would have been a permanent underclass, because the good jobs require good english.
No one is going to run a game on you and ANNOUNCE the game they are running. There is always going to be an "idea."
When you ignore the spin and use your **** BRAIN, flooding "underserved communities" with crack pipes and meth pipes and needles to facilitate addiction is a pretty dark and dirty **** thing to do. If they started popping those dispensaries into YOUR neighborhood, you just MIGHT smell the rocks they are cooking.
And let's not forget that it was Reagan's CIA under the direction of George HW which introduced "underserved communities" to crack in the first **** place - and taught them how to organize and sell the ****.
This government WANTS the underclass to be dope zombies. And this program to "serve" "underserved communities" SHOULD require a better fig leaf than the one which you ought to be ashamed of regurgitating like an obedient robot, boy.
