A bigger question is will they find him "Incompetent" or Mentally Ill.

Then that gets kicked outta Criminal Court System he gets turned over to the Mental Hospital

I say let him out in the streets, and allow WE, THE PEOPLE inflict real justice on him. I'm tired of jails, prisons and ankle bracelets.  American citizens are perfectly capable of eliminating crime.
