Honestly myself I eat "Lots" of Pasta.
My taste buds are "Fried" too so everything I cook is heavily salted and Hot Sauce too.
But....I only like "Louisana Hot Sauce".
About a quarter century ago I was in breakroom "Lunchbreak" & a buncha "Mexicans" sitting there too.
I just wanted some Hot Sauce.
Oh by gosh my eyeballs were on fire & Im caughing up
