IF WE DIDN'T HAVE THE WORST FOREIGN POLICIES OF ANY COUNTRY, GOVERNMENT COULD END OUR GENEROSITY TO THE 100 COUNTRIES IT GIVES NON-REPAYABLE FUNDING TO. THEY COULD USE A FRACTION OF THE FUNDS FOR FARMER SUBSIDIES. TAKE FOR EXAMPLE THE 300 BILLION SENT TO UKRAINE. OVER FIFTY PERCENT OF IT ALONE IS USED FOR ITS ECONOMY, TO PAY WAGES AND BENEFITS.
