IF WE DIDN'T HAVE THE WORST FOREIGN POLICIES OF ANY COUNTRY, GOVERNMENT COULD END OUR GENEROSITY TO THE 100 COUNTRIES IT GIVES NON-REPAYABLE FUNDING TO. THEY COULD USE A FRACTION OF THE FUNDS FOR FARMER SUBSIDIES. TAKE FOR EXAMPLE THE 300 BILLION SENT TO UKRAINE. OVER FIFTY PERCENT OF IT ALONE IS USED FOR ITS ECONOMY, TO PAY WAGES AND BENEFITS. THIS IS INSANITY
I would be ok with such an arrangement. Just warning you, it would be messy and take quite a while. In the long term, would work great IMO. Short term.. messy and everyone complaining even when they know nothing about the nuts and bolts of it.
