They made no such agreement - not that they KEPT, anyway. The agreement never countenanced Ukraine declaring war on London, or building a bio-weapon to drop on Warsaw, or any number of things that could nullify the agreement.
The ACTUAL agreement included perpetual neutrality - which is BUILT INTO THEIR CONTSTITUTION, and which was a precondition of the involved parties guaranteeing Ukraine's borders. So mentioning that agreement as if it still exists shows the stupid.
Attempting to join NATO violated both their Constitution and the treaty upon which your badly formed argument is based. They can make no claim on ANYONE under an agreement that no longer exists. Learn to think legally if you are going to comment on legal matters.
And you mentioned grain. Crimea produces no grain. Nor does it ship grain - not now, and not before the war. It is - and was before the war - a major world power's primary deep water, warm water naval base. Odesa was the primary grain shipping port, and will be again when NATO and the EU stop waging this proxy war. There are a few other bases still in Ukrainian hands that were, and will be again, conduits for grain and other exports. Crimea never was.
