Well just look at what it does and that will help suggest what it is for.

It will make the usa a lot of money.

what does the usa like to spend money on? Destroying countries around israel that dont like israel. That also included putin when putin was on the side of assad.

Note that the pro Palestine sentiments in canada are very strong..

all makes sense to me.. incoming war with uemen and maybe Iran.
