It's a good idea. The only drawback is that there is a good percentage of voters who don't have phones. It's hard to believe in today's society, but it's true. Most 18 to 49 year olds have them, so that isn't a problem. However, the elderly have about 25% that don't. A lot of elderly vote Republican. Just saying.

I don't know what the hell happened to the stat between 50 and 65.
I thought of that too vs having multiple phones...approximately 10%...maybe they make up the percentile that don't vote?
