Not likely... Liberal Judges might file charges... but the President is the CEO of the U.S. Government... and has the AUTHORITY Constitute NEW Departments, Dissolve OLD Departments, and to MODIFY Existing Departments as HE sees fit... with the input of the responsible Department Secretaries, the AG, and ANY questionable areas will be up to the Supreme Court to rule on...
It won't be held up for long !
