He did reach out to the utilities for folks who had jacked up electric bills in the polar vortex in January. I am sure he got a kick back to shut down any hopes of relief and further investigation into the energy garks kleptocratic money grab. We call him Dr Nope. Because that's all he has said in his tenure to any kind of meaningful legislation.
