You either have a good work ethic or you don't. **** employees never succeed as business owners. They have no drive and don't care about anybody but themselves. As a business owner for a long time, I can say it is harder than working for someone else. You have to care more about your employees and customers more than yourself.

Untrue. It's about incentive. Sure, there will always be lazy asses. However, there are a lot of **** employees who are deliberately lazy because they see no incentive in making The Man happy. It's pointless. Why in the hell should an ambitious person be an ambitious employee to make someone else a **** load of money?
