Canadians tend to be pretty patriotic toward their country. I suppose if Canada eliminates tariffs, it can pass a law that requires the flag of the country of origin to be printed on all products. That way they can choose to buy Canadian.
I have yet to hear Canada complaining about all of the American dope that has killed Canadians.
