University Campuses that you must register and obtain special permission to enter are not as "public" as you pretend them to be.
Not nearly as public as your restaurant.

Instead of supporting the University's decision to allow this to go on...I am in favor of pulling tax payer support of Colleges that allow themselves to become places where new episodes of The Jerry Springer Show can be taped.
