IF he AUTHORIZED the use of an AUTOPEN, then that is LEGAL as it gets. And a funny thing happened on the way to your claim- you have ZERO PROOF THAT AN AUTOPEN WAS USED!!
There is ZERO proof your boy Bye-DONE authorized it's use or even KNEW the autopen existed. SHOW US THAT DOCUMENT!!
