Here is one of several "Nuclear Air Burst"  paintings that I have on display  in my Man Cave.
This one shows what an air burst that has been centered over the gayest part of SF will look like......  
Imagine how much easier it will be to drive around Northern California as fast as you want to, at any time of day and to find real estate that isn't horribly overpriced after one of these babies "wipes the slate clean"......
I'm pretty sure that if CP is approached carefully with this proposition he will make an exception just for  obliterating the SF Castro District.
