• How did the Atlantic's editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg get added to Michael Waltz's contacts?
• Who set up the conference on Signal for Waltz? Himself or a staffer?
• How, exactly, did Goldberg's number get added to the Signal chat?
• Did Goldberg know that he was going to be added to private Signal chat with Michael Waltz and others in advance?
