That's right.  The worst of this is that the "easy money fraud" is A LOT OF MONEY.  Not just a few thousand dollars here and there.  Billions.

It's like cancer
It has always been A CULTURE OF "EASY COME, EASY GO"
It was bad enough before WOKENESS and APEFIRMATIVE ACTION got  it's hands in the cookie jar.
There is a lot of un-necessary travel that needs to be looked into. 
That's part of the culture too, Jet Setting from one awards banquet to another in the name of "training" and "show & tell".
