Well Veghead. Let's do some 3rd grade math that maybe even you can understand. In 2023, there were approximately 163 million taxpayers. (1.63 x 10^11) x (5 x 10^3) = 8.15 x 10^12.
That is 815 billion dollars. Given that they are estimating 2 trillion in savings, then .20 x 2 trillion = 400 billion. Sooooo.....yeah, it looks like it covers it all just fine.
