Pay and "Real" mileage dont ya dare get me started pal.
Now Local jobs & deal be mostly "Time Clock" Hourly pay "Regional" ya get the "Line-Haul" a percentage roughly 1/3 their billing 2 the shipper whatever they agreed upon
Over The Road ya paid "By Mile" and they dont pay "Layover" sitting waiting only when Truck Rolling down the Highway ya actually get "Paid".
There too ya almost pull teeth get extra $50/100 bucks on ya paycheck.
Sorry my "Time" is worth someting as well.
If ya dont like those terms call the "Temp Service" next week.
Ya cant because they dont have skills & qulifications plus "Insurance Companies" and Pee Tests
Atleast in Trucking ya already sort of got ya hooks into them
