In the post you quoted, I asked you to post a lie I made and the proof it was false. You posted that I said Kaplan did not us NY Law for his definition of rape. Since you didn't provide proof, I posted a link to his actual filing in which he clearly states he used a definition other than the one in NY Law because he felt it was too restrictive.
