For the forum, let's take a look at the Bloom’s Taxonomy breakdown:
Level 1 – Remembering:

Nope. No paraphrasing of what Rubio’s position means in the broader context of U.S. diplomacy. No explanation of implications. Just “Rubio said a thing.”
