I think some of the difference is that Chinese Workers have more of a "SENSE OF URGENCY" to show up every day ready to put in 8 hours worth of quality work for 8 hours worth of pay....or else find themselves not only out of their current  job...but also with a bad reputation that will follow them from one rejected employment application to the next rejected employment application......   !!!
As far as skill level  goes when it comes to assembling micro-tiny electronic components is concerned.....maybe  those really slitty eyes that Chinks have helps them look at stuff in the microscope...?      

For example...here's a car that only some SLITTY EYED  CHINK would be able to safely drive......
