When you see duplication of efforts, you're usually looking at some fraud. Like when counties have Sheriffs AND "County Police." Why TWO?
I'll tell you why. The county council president can put HIS guy - not the VOTERS' guy - into the top spot, and then through funding relegate the Sheriff to a mere jailer and courthouse lackey, while the police chief oversees the council president's drug and prostitution activities. FBI and US Marshalls - same **** thing. FBI didn't "get" corrupted. It was born that way.
And if the FBI is so focused on fentanyl, as it claims, what the **** do we need the DEA for? What's THEIR job? Are they chasing bank robbers?
