If economic conditions are made too easy for the Goyim...than all it took for the USA to double was 60 years from 1950 to 2010.
Social engineering of people's minds [selfishness, childishness, addiction to leisure, recreational drugs, anti anxiety / depression drugs]] is what will kill the instinct to procreate as much economic hardship......but this program won't be as effective with Blacks and Browns because they evolved with a QUANTITY OVER QUALITY breeding  instinct. 
Living in a "world of ****" doesn't bother them as much as it does Whites.
