Yep, he said it, and that is when Trump got combative with him. In reviewing it again, I agree with you, Terry deserved to get punched right between the eyes. You don't make a claim that a photo of a gang member with MS13 tattooed on his knuckles is photo-shopped, unless you are ready to back that BS claim up.
