California Democrats pass bill LEGALIZING solicitation of MINORS... with an IDIOTIC reasoning !

California Democrats legalize solicitation of minors, by adults... USING the reasoning that it was because 18 &19 year olds should not be penalized ? BUT, in WHAY WORLD do California Democrats live, where 18 & 19 year old are gong to PAY 16 & 17 year olds for SEX????
MUCH more likely, this law will also ABSOLVE 3, 40, & 50+ year olds, who can AFFORD to solicit teens for sex... AND what's much MORE likely... will ABSOLVE SEX Traffickers when THEY are the middle man in SEX deals, and ABUSING 16 &17 years old KIDS in the process !!
IS THIS why the Democrat Party is ALL IN for helping MS-13 and other GANGS... who are KNOWN to do this EXACT THING !!
