Expansion? What did we acquire under Obama? Under Biden? The Dems and their "financing for the underprivilaged" caused the crash in 2007/8. Obama did nothing to recover from this. Trump made some headway until the Dems shut down the entire nation, rioted, looted and BLM'ed us over the Cold. Then, Biden - stupidest president, even if he was still 35.
