The issue here is one of fairness, and the PROFITEERING by the Pharma giants... The Pharma companies are charging DRASTICALLY different prices, for EXACTLY the same medications... ALL over the world

I believe they also charge different rates to different insurance companies as well.  Tell me why a country can't price their products the way they want?  Why would I need to be "fair" in pricing a gun that you want to purchase, or a car you want to purchase?  This is Socialist thinking.

Another win for socialized medicine. Big government dictating what prices are "fair" to drug companies.  What I'd rather see is our government making it easier for new drug companies to establish manufacturing plants in the US who can compete with Big Pharma to bring down prices that way. Or, shorten the length of drug patents, so generics can come onto the market quicker.
