In a JURY TRIAL, only the JURY can determine if there is guilt. NO JUDGE has the power to overrule that finding. PERIOD. EXCEPT to set aside a guilty verdict if there is reasonable and incontrovertible proof that there is no GUILT TO BE FOUND!!
