Society & "Court Systems" set it all that way too many "Decades" ago already too

There is no point in debating BV about anything. He doesn't have the intellectual prowess to withstand good discourse. That's why he doesn't answer questions, he only belts everyone else with them. It's also a narcissist trait. Power and control. It's what they do, they can't help it. 

The only reason I engage with the narcissist is to piss him off. I love throwing narcissists into meltdowns. They lose control, they lose their power, and they go ape ****. It's fun.
