Almost every informed person in the US government, including both Clintons and his cabinet, and every US intelligence agencies accepted the premise that Hussein had WMD's as did every major foreign intelligence agency, including those of countries that opposed the war. Top Obama intelligence official James Clapper says that Syria has Iraqi WMD's that were sent there before the war. Why would Obama have chosen such an obvious lunatic for such an important position?
