Well, he had been doing that for 4 years now... many Ukrainian cites are piles of rubble and the people are living in bunkers... BUT the war goes on !!  WHAT can Putin do today that he couldn't have done a year ago?

BUT, Ukraine was prevented (by NATO and America) from attacking deep into Russia until just recently... NOW, Ukraine can hit targets within Russia with IMPUNITY... and Russia has only BEGUN to feel the pain !   and as for "Russia's larger underground bases and terrorize Moscow's residents"... the WORM MAY BE just beginning to turn !!

One way or another this war has taken a new turn... Russia has been hurt BADLY, and NONE of it has come from NATO or America... WILL Russia want to escalate?  Nuclear strike against Ukraine? WHAT will happen THEN?  CAN Russia continue to take what Ukraine has shown they can dish out?  HOW LONG will the Russian people endure this before they do something?  WHO KNOWS... I guess... BUT MAN, dis Putin make a HUGE mistake !!!
