I've recently read a number of articles that indicate Ukraine may actually had been given the green light to strike inside of Russia, with American weapons, going back as far as March 2024... BUT, what Ukraine did was NOT using American arms... AND... IT WAS A BRILLIANT attack using their OWN Special Forces, MAYBE a little Western help with intelligence, BUT their OWN technology, their OWN people, and their OWN BRAIN POWER... and it was DEVASTATING for Russia..
If Russia is smart... they will end this war... or SOON, they won't have a military !!

Ukraine will be allowed to use certain types of weapons to strike Russian forces preparing to attack just over the border, a U.S. official told NBC News. But Ukraine will still be prohibited from using longer range weapons — such as the much vaunted, long-range ATACMS — to strike deeper into Russia.
