Medicare doesn't cover the cost of services and Medicaid covers even less.

The amount of people on Medicaid is staggering.
January 2025, a total of 78.4 million people were enrolled in Medicaid and CHIP, the Children's Health Insurance Program, in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. This included 71.2 million people in Medicaid and 7.3 million in CHIP. About one in five Americans relies on Medicaid for their health care. 

Everyone else magically pays less. ****!
