My point was, TACO tRump decided that he would only sanction Russia if the NATO nations didn’t do what he KNEW they wouldn’t ever do

after all the bluster of his big beautiful sanctions he was gonna put on Russia 

tRump wants to blame THEM for HIM not doing what he said he was gonna do 

just to avoid the TACO label 

and your all important question that you wanted me to answer was 

“Why is NATO buying Russian oil, and financing the Ukraine war, while claiming to be on Ukraine's side?”
