So "sovietizing"  education would be a step up.

I don't know if you know this, but America also has engineers, physicists and chemist. You are one dumb mother ****.

California has a very large and diverse population, which drives down its public school test scores.....but the bottom 5 in the rankings remain **** of "parental control".
