she was a known ICE harasser

she even attended meetings to learn to do what got her killed

she didn't need to be where she was

she was told to move and didn't

she was told to exit the vehicle and didn't

she tried to run with agents around her car...which is considered a deadly weapon

Her actions are the only reason any of this happened....

she thought she was playing a game

she lost!...it wasn't a game
