Yes, that law is writ large in this case. She is dead, and whatever happens, she will stay dead. But FAFO is not admissible in a court of law. You need to understand that, for your position to be sensible and not merely jaw-jutting and pugnaciousness disguised as argument.

She was clearly attempting to leave them in the dust. You know this. You do not win arguments by pretending to be stupid to the other side's facts. And it is a FACT that she was notgunning for the ice agent. Acknowledge that, and deal from there. That is how you actually address the counter argument with something other than a la la la la I can't hear you.

She did not respect the authority of the ice agents and intended to leave them standing. She was not intending to use the vehicle as a weapon. And his bruise? That is the wage of stupidity. He COULD have blocked her in with a car - not with his retarded body.
