Jurys are only allowed to follow the facts presented in court, not use their own brain to find a person innocent or guilty of not complying to social consensus of the society.
this applies regardless civil, contract, criminal, military courts whether or not ancestors follow the rule of law pretending life is more than evolving in plain sight or not.
