Well, I certainly am not going to defend that boy's tiny brain. And if we're honest, those guys aren't supposed to be voting anyway, in many states. I don't know the numbers, but I know ex-cons are prohibited from voting in many states. If you're black and not in jail, you're an ex-con.
Well, just intuitively, I am sure there isvery little impersonation at the polls. You would have to know the guy you are impersonating, know where he votes, and know he isn't voting.
