When was the last time that an enemy tried to bomb one of our own military bases on our mainland, dickhead? Terrorist regimes like Iran DON'T GIVE A **** about following international law, and you don't mind that, do you asshole?
The point is that placing a military base adjacent to a school or hospital MAKES THEM LEGITIMATE TARGETS OF AN ENEMY! And it's only our own moral compass that makes every effort to avoid civilian casualties that keeps the US from targeting them, even as occasional attacks that do affect them are unavoidable and the fault of Iran.
