If the US has schools or hospitals on or near a military installation, THEY ARE NOT PROTECTED BY THE GENEVA CONVENTION RULES OF WAR!

It is NOT that the US "doesn't follow the rules of war", it's that the rules of war DO NOT PROTECT THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT APPLY!
