Reframing the question:

How many US Soldiers should die to stop the raping and mutilation of 9 year old girls and free 40 million women from bondage?

Answer: As many as it takes!

Here is the problem. That same argument can be used for Venezuela. after we captured their leader. You know what happened afterwards? They placed another leader who is just as bad and the raping continues. That is why we haven't heard much about Venezuela anymore. 

We never have plans for regime changes. We pushed the Taliban out in the early 2000s. We occupied Afghanistan for 20 years. The people began to prosper. We left. The Taliban came back in and are now ruling the place again. America knows how to bomb things. We don't know how to replace regimes. We just know how to temporarily frustrate them.
