I completely agree! 
If more people saw first hand what I've seen of kids that are graduated from high school in the inner cities they'd demand radical changes.
Maybe if those failing schools went back to sending the most unruly kids that don't want an education to the kind of reform schools we once had, things would start to change.  But Democrat politicians who get such huge funding from the unions would never go along with that.
