Did you hear about the contractor on the reflecting pool?

13$ No Bid Million Dollar Contract.   Turns out tthe installation is defective. Bubbles and Defects..   Atlantic Industrial Coatings.  Trump said he did not know the contractor and it was Interior's award after saying two weeks ago he had a great pool contractor.

Burgum was clueless in testimony.  @Cannonpointer  could have  cleaned up  and restored the reflecting pool for 4.7 Million in about a week, and probably pocketed 2 Million and kickbacked 1 Mil to Trump Et. Al too.

No Bid contracts are typically for emergency situations..   Cleaning up DC for the 250th Birthday Party that will flop like everything he touches is an emergency.
