How, why, what, where, when, which, person, place, thing existed specifically when it happened yesterday, today, tomorrow.
Means, motives, methods, organized ideologies, orchestrated chaos, everyone obeys and nobody is above rule of law, except or exempt by rank has its privileges the ruled don't share with leaderships given the status of chosen people to regulate human behavior cradle to grave daily here.
