This Substack piece is classic panic‑bait bull ****. It calls a voluntary memo ‘landmark regulation,’ pretends delaying a photo‑op is the same as abandoning AI safety, and ignores that the EO wouldn’t have changed a single thing about Anthropic, China, or model capabilities. Its fear dressed up as analysis. You have to be a G'damn **** idiot to think this means something.
