Gee whiz. I just Googled Anerican Eagle and all it came up with was the outfitter not the bird.
And I looked in my book of Birds of North America. No mention of an American Eagle.
AI looks like it's using the term American Eagle as slang for what's really named the Bald Eagle. Kind of like trash panda as a name for the raccoon.
